Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
This policy explains what POLIREUM.dev ("we", "us"), operated by Polireum Labs, collects when you use our website builder, and what happens to information submitted by visitors to sites built with it.
Information we collect from account holders
- Account details: email address, display name, account type, and sign-in data (including from Google if you choose it).
- Content you create: site drafts, published sites, uploaded files (images, audio, PDFs), version history and chat messages with the AI.
- Usage data: number of AI requests and generated images, used for limits and billing.
Information collected on sites you publish
Forms on published sites (booking requests, order requests, fan club and mailing list sign-ups) collect what the visitor enters — such as name, email, dates and messages — plus a one-way scrambled version of their IP address used only to block spam. This information is stored for the site owner. The site owner decides how to use it and is responsible for it; we process it on their behalf.
How we use information
- To run the service: build, save and publish your sites.
- To generate content: your prompts, site content and any reference images you attach are sent to our AI providers to produce edits and images. We don't use your content to train our own models.
- To keep the service safe: rate limiting, spam prevention and abuse detection.
- To contact you about your account and important changes.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run POLIREUM.dev (hosting, database, file storage and AI processing), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Your files are kept in private storage and shown on your sites through long, hard-to-guess links. Anyone who has such a link can view that file, so don't upload anything you wouldn't want published.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete individual sites at any time, or delete your whole account from your projects page under "Delete account". Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, sites, uploads, version history, messages and the form submissions your sites received.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Fans who submitted a form should contact the site owner first; you can also contact us.
Children
POLIREUM.dev is not intended for anyone under 16.
