By creating an account or using POLIREUM.dev, operated by Polireum Labs, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and publish. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, including sending it to AI providers to generate edits. You confirm you have the rights to the music, photos, logos and text you use.
AI-generated content
The AI can produce text and images that are inaccurate or resemble existing works. Review everything before publishing. You're responsible for what appears on your published sites, including prices, dates and claims.
Fan data and selling
If your site collects booking requests, orders or sign-ups, you are responsible for handling that information lawfully, honouring unsubscribe requests, and fulfilling any orders you accept. Transactions between you and your fans or customers are between you and them.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, copyright infringement, impersonation, hate, harassment or sexual content involving minors.
- No spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- No selling counterfeit goods or anything prohibited by law.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Usage limits and changes
AI features have usage limits. We may change features, limits or pricing; we'll give notice of significant changes. Paid plans, if offered, will have their own terms shown at checkout.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your projects page. Your published sites go offline when you delete them or your account.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
